Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using OpeYeah (the app and website at opeyeah.com and app.opeyeah.com), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use OpeYeah.

3. The service

OpeYeah helps you keep track of and stay in touch with people you choose, including reminders, voice and text notes, AI-generated message drafts, and the ability to ask questions about your own data. We may change, add, or remove features over time.

4. Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

5. The information you add, and other people

You decide what information to store in OpeYeah. You represent that you have the right to add and store the information you enter about other people, and you're responsible for how you use it. You will not use OpeYeah to harass, stalk, spam, or otherwise harm anyone, or in any way that violates applicable law.

You retain ownership of the content you add. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you (for example, transcribing your voice notes, generating drafts, and answering your questions).

6. AI-generated content

OpeYeah uses AI to transcribe voice notes, summarize interactions, and draft messages. These drafts and summaries are suggestions that may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you send it. OpeYeah does not send messages on your behalf — drafts open in your own messaging app for you to review and send yourself.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempting to breach security or access other users' data, no automated abuse or scraping, no using OpeYeah to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk communications, and no uploading content you don't have the right to store.

8. Service availability

OpeYeah is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend or modify the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpeYeah and its features (including AI-generated drafts and summaries, reminders, and notifications) are provided without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that reminders or notifications will always be delivered on time or at all, so don't rely on OpeYeah as your sole system for anything critical.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poo Squad LLC (d/b/a OpeYeah) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of OpeYeah.

11. Termination

You can stop using OpeYeah and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
