Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 3, 2026 Who we are: Poo Squad LLC, doing business as OpeYeah ("OpeYeah," "we," "us") Contact: hello@opeyeah.com
1. What this covers
This policy explains what information OpeYeah collects when you use the app and website at opeyeah.com and app.opeyeah.com, how we use it, and your choices.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — your email address and basic profile details, handled through our authentication provider when you sign up and sign in.
- The relationship data you add — the people you choose to track and the details you enter or import about them (names, phone numbers, email addresses, dates, categories), the notes and voice recordings you create about your interactions, and follow-ups generated from them.
- Voice recordings and transcripts — when you record a voice note, we process the audio to produce a transcript and summary.
- Usage information — records that a feature was used (for example, that a note was logged or a draft was generated) and basic technical data such as your time zone and, if you enable push notifications, the information needed to deliver them. Usage analytics do not include the content of your notes or messages.
3. How we use information
- To provide the service: building your daily list, reminding you about people and dates, generating message drafts, transcribing and summarizing voice notes, and answering your in-app questions.
- To send you notifications you have turned on (morning push and/or email).
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the product, including aggregate usage analytics.
- To communicate with you about your account or the service.
4. Information about other people
OpeYeah works by letting you store information about your own contacts. You are responsible for the information you add about other people, and for having an appropriate basis to store it. If someone asks to be removed from your records, you can delete them in the app. If you contact us about information another user holds, we will route the request appropriately. (This section in particular is worth attorney review — storing data about non-users is a real privacy-law consideration.)
5. Service providers we use
To run OpeYeah, we share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, only as needed to provide the service:
- Hosting, storage, and infrastructure — Cloudflare (including its Pages, Workers, D1 database, and R2 storage).
- Authentication — Clerk.
- AI processing — voice recordings are transcribed using Cloudflare's Workers AI; transcripts and notes are then processed by Anthropic (Claude) to generate summaries and message drafts.
- Email and notification delivery — Resend.
6. How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual records, and you can delete your account, at which point we delete or de-identify your associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.
7. Your choices and rights
- You can view, edit, and delete the data you've added at any time in the app.
- You can turn notifications on or off in settings.
- Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at hello@opeyeah.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect your information, including access controls that keep each account's data separate. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
OpeYeah isn't directed to children and isn't intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from them.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you.
